Workshops & Immersive Experiences
Our workshops and retreats are immersive experiences designed to support personal and collective transformation. Whether for a few hours or a few days, we use somatics, ritual, ancestral practices, and emergent strategy to explore deep themes like grief, purpose, and liberation. These spaces invite folks to reflect, feel, move, create, and imagine new ways of being together, rooted in community and care.
Coaching & Mentorship
Our coaching and mentorship support your personal and leadership journey. We focus on healing justice, which means we help you grow without disconnecting from your emotions, body, community, or values. Whether you're grieving, navigating change, or looking for clarity, we hold space for your intuition and inner wisdom to lead the way. This isn’t about "fixing" yourself—it’s about remembering who you are and becoming more of that.
Facilitation
Our facilitation work supports groups, like organizations, teams, and collectives, to talk honestly, listen deeply, and co-create visions for the future. Using storytelling, design thinking, liberatory practices, and emergent strategy, we help people name challenges, align around shared goals, and move forward together with courage and clarity. We create environments where everyone feels seen and has a voice.
Mediation & Relational Repair
Conflict is a part of every relationship and community. Our approach to mediation is rooted in restorative and transformative justice, which means we don’t rush to fix things—we slow down to honor truth and relationship. We help individuals and groups move through harm, acknowledge pain, take responsibility, and rebuild trust with care. We believe repair is possible when people are supported to be honest, open-hearted, and brave.
Event Design & Production
Our gatherings are immersive rituals of cultural expression and collective aliveness. Through music, movement, art, storytelling, and somatic practice, we create spaces where celebration and shadow coexist, and where people feel free to embody joy, grief, desire, and truth. Each experience is intentionally curated to honor lineage, awaken life force, and transform emotion into creative power and collective healing.
Creative + Healing Arts
Our collective includes artists across disciplines, photography, videography, web design, multi-media, illustration, painting, fashion, music, and storytelling. Together with communities, we craft spaces for expression, joy, remembrance, imagination, and power. These offerings focus on creativity as a tool for connection, reflection, and transformation. We honor community wisdom and center those most impacted, creating art that supports their stories, visions, and liberation.
